Asik-Asik Falls is a natural wonder located at the foothills of Mt. Sibulan. Unlike most waterfalls that originate from a river or stream, Asik-Asik is unique because its waters emerge directly from cracks and fissures in a wide, moss-covered cliff face. The result is a stunning curtain-like wall where hundreds of small streams and trickles cascade down in delicate veils, creating a lush, living tapestry of water and greenery.
This rare formation is believed to be fed by underground springs, with water seeping through volcanic rock layers before bursting out along the cliff. The constant flow sustains thick moss and vegetation, giving the falls its vibrant, emerald appearance. Asik-Asik is not only a geological marvel but also an ecological treasure, providing cool, crystal-clear waters that nourish the surrounding forest. Its unique origin and enchanting beauty make it one of the extraordinary waterfalls.
